CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Users of this service may cancel their subscription at any time. Feel free to email us at email@example.com
with "CANCEL" in the subject line. Please include Name, Order # and Billing Address.
Users canceling subscription(s) through their account page must do so prior to the 1st day of the upcoming month (i.e., by January 31st in order to cancel for a February renewal). Users requesting cancellation of subscription(s) via email must do so by the 25th of the previous month to allow for manual processing of the cancellation (i.e., subscriber must email cancellation request by January 25th in order to cancel their account prior to a February renewal).
Anyone can also restart a subscription by logging into their account and placing a new order. Sleek N Sassy does not allow an Active Subscriber to pause or suspend its subscription(s).
By using this Website, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refunds, exchanges or returns for any products provided by Sleek N Sassy once the products have shipped, unless products received are deemed damaged and verified via email with an attached photo. Sleek N Sassy provides a selection of products which may vary from box to box and sent to various Users of the Service. Sleek N Sassy cannot accommodate specific requests for certain products, as Sleek N Sassy operates from a limited inventory of products depending on availability.
