Cancellation
By using this website, you understand and agree to these policies as provided by Sleek N Sassy. We reserve the right to change and amend policies as needed. Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to shipping. If you need to cancel your order, feel free to email us at support@sleeknsassy.net with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
Damaged Products
We are less than happy to hear that your package didn't arrive in excellent condition. We strive to ensure that all items are thoughtfully bundled to alleviate potential damage during transit. Please send us a detailed email to support@sleeknsassy.net and include a photo of the damaged product(s) and we will be more than willing to address the situation.
By using this website, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refunds, exchanges or returns for any products provided by Sleek N Sassy once the products have shipped. The only exception is if products received are deemed damaged and verified via email with an attached photo.
Refunds
For products sold on our website, exchanges and refunds will be granted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, unworn and in original packaging. You will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase and prior to shipping. If a cancellation notice is received within this allotted timeframe a refund will be given. Follow up with your banking institution or method of payment for dispersed or cleared funds.
