What comes with each subscription box?
Subscribers to our big box will receive an assortment of hand selected items that will enrich the lifestyles of the vibrant woman of today. Worthwhile products include makeup, skin and hair care, aroma therapy, tech savvy utensils, books, inspiration materials and other livelihood enhancements.
How much does the subscription box cost?
The price of the Sleek N Sassy Premiere is $45.00 plus $9.00 for shipping. Our Sleek N Sassy Mini is $25.00 plus $8.00 for shipping.
When will I be charged for subscription box?
You will be charged on the day you subscribe for the current month's box. Your next payment will automatically be scheduled for the 1st day of the upcoming month until you cancel. Orders for the current month's box close on the last date of the month.
When will I receive my subscription box?
Subscriptions will be shipped by the 15th of the month. You should receive your order within 4-7 business days once it has shipped. (Allow more time for holidays and poor or hazardous weather conditions.)
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, Sleek N Sassy only ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship international.

I need to change my shipping address?
To minimize delays with delivery, please verify name and shipping address before completing your order.
If an error has occurred email us at support@sleeknsassy.net before your order ships. Once your order is in route we are no longer able to make any changes to that shipment.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We are sad to see you go, yet you can cancel anytime. Feel free to email us at support@sleeknsassy.net with "CANCEL" in the subject line. Please include Name, Order # and Billing Address. You can also restart your subscription by logging into your account and placing a new order.
What is your refund/return policy?
Once your order has shipped, Sleek N Sassy Boxes are not eligible for refunds or returns. If something is not to your liking, please gift it forward and honor another phenomenal woman.
For all other products sold on our website, only exchanges will be granted within 15 days of purchase. Items must be new, unused, unworn and in original packaging. You will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. If your item(s) was damaged please refer to FAQ-My item was damaged. What can I do?

We are less than happy to hear that your package didn't arrive in excellent condition. We strive to ensure that all items are thoughtfully bundled to alleviate potential damage during transit. Please send us a detailed email including a photo of the damage and we will be more than willing to accommodate you.
